この度新しく製造方法の見直しをいたしました。
NEW GETTO Neck Plate を発売いします。
以前のGETTO Neck Plateは素材の状態で焼きが入っている素材で加工が大変で
時折り加工精度に問題がありました。
今回の製作からはネックプレートはSK3と言う金属をネックプレートに
＜真空焼き入れ＞を施しました。贅沢な加工です。
固さ、張り、質感ともに以前のネックプレートより向上しました。
このパーツは元よりサウンドにおいて重要視されていないと思います。
プレートと4本のネジの単純な構成を持つパーツですがネックとボディーを接合する役割をしています。
この機構のおかげでボルトオンネックのギターはセットネックのギターには無い独特のサウンドになりました。
リシューパーツはプレートが柔らかく振動を伝えきれない感覚さえ抱きます。
ヴィンテージのプレートは薄いにも関わらず、張りがあり固く、ボディーにめり込む事が少ないです。
その事はギターのネックとボディーの調整を可能にします。
F社のギターはネックとボディーがセパレートが故に独特の鳴りがあります。
ボディーとの接合が良いとボディーのサウンドを聞く事が出来ます。
硬度調査した金属を使用しメッキにも拘りました。ヴィンテージのプレートの張りと堅さを再現しています。

Neck plates are probably not regarded as greatly affecting the tone of a guitar, however these serve to join the neck and body. Because of this, bolt-on neck guitars sound different that set neck guitars. Reissue plates are soft and can even give a sensation that the vibration from the strings is not completely transmitted. Vintage plates, even when thin, are hard and tight and do not dig into the body, and this can effect the sound of the instrument. Because the neck and body are separate, bolt-on neck guitars have a distinct sound. The sound of a guitar with good body to neck contact is noticable. The hardness as well as the plating used affects this. Our neck plates reproduce the hardness and tightness of the original plates.
